1. Refund policy — 60-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with the Protocol Survival System for any reason, email contact@griddowncommand.com within 60 days of your purchase with the email address you used at checkout, and we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method. No forms and no need to explain why. Refunds are processed through Stripe and usually appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
2. Terms of use
2.1 Educational purposes only. The manuals, app and guides are for general educational and informational purposes. They are not medical, legal or professional advice and are not a substitute for hands-on training. Always call 911 when emergency services are available and follow instructions from local officials.
2.2 Assumption of risk. Applying any of the information involves inherent risks. To the extent permitted by law, Protocol Survival / Grid Down Command and its authors are not liable for injury, loss or damage resulting from the use or misuse of the information.
2.3 Legal compliance. You are responsible for making sure your actions, equipment and home modifications comply with applicable federal, state and local laws, including fire codes and radio licensing rules.
2.4 License. Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license for your household. Reproducing, sharing, reselling or publicly hosting the manuals or the app is not permitted.
3. Privacy policy
3.1 What we collect. To process your order and deliver your files we receive your email address and order details from our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Because the product is digital, we do not ask for your home address.
3.2 Analytics and advertising. This site uses the Meta Pixel to measure visits and purchases from our ads. It may set cookies and share browsing events on this site with Meta. You can limit ad tracking through your browser settings and your Facebook/Instagram ad preferences.
3.3 The readiness test and app. Your quiz answers and the inventory you enter in the app stay in your browser on your device. They are not sent to us.
3.4 Sharing. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the business (such as Stripe and our hosting provider) or when required by law.
3.5 Your rights. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by emailing contact@griddowncommand.com. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws may have additional rights, which we will honor.
